Chicken Caesar Wrap
A lighter, handheld take on the classic Caesar salad—tender chicken, crisp romaine, Parmesan, and a creamy Caesar-inspired dressing all tucked into a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch, a quick weeknight dinner, or a picnic favorite.
Prep Time 15 minutes mins
Cook Time 20 minutes mins
- 2 cups grilled chicken, chopped
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, torn
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste freshly ground black pepper
If you’re starting with raw chicken, season and cook it until fully cooked, then let it rest and chop into bite-sized pieces. If using pre-cooked chicken, simply shred or dice it.
In a large bowl, toss the romaine with the chopped chicken and half of the Parmesan. Add the Caesar dressing and toss to coat until everything is well dressed but not soggy.
Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable. Spread a thin layer of additional dressing on each tortilla, if desired.
Distribute the dressed mixture evenly among the tortillas. Top with a sprinkle of remaining Parmesan and a light crack of black pepper.
Fold the sides in and roll the wraps tightly. Slice in half on the diagonal and serve immediately for best texture.
