Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to evenly distribute the spices.
  • Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, letting excess drip off, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated. Place coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Drizzle or brush the melted butter over the coated tenders. This helps the crust turn golden and stay crisp.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, then switch to broil for 1–2 minutes to achieve extra crispness on top. Watch closely to avoid burning.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve with lemon wedges or your favorite dipping sauce.
